Rachel's angels is a home companion business started by Margaret Sack in honor of her daughter Rachel. Rachel found her passion in working for Danbury regional hospice. She was a young promising vibrant Mother of a nine week old boy and she was incredibly passionate about her job and her patients. In 2014, Rachel was tragically killed by a hit and run driver. Margret and her family were left devastated. Several years later Margaret found herself caring for her mom in her final days. Although it was a very difficult time she found it very fulfilling. She was happy to be able to care for her Mom. Shortly after her mom passed her brother was diagnosed with cancer. She once again found herself caring for a terminal family member. It felt right to her. Margaret has worked at Danbury hospital for many years. In her position she was able to interact with many patients and their families. She always felt compassionate towards these people. She found joy in interacting with them and making them smile. She then decided caring for people who could not care for themselves was what she wanted to do. She wanted to help people the same way Rachel did when she was alive. Margaret has now chosen to devote her life to helping people who cannot help themselves. She is also extremely grateful for the people at Danbury regional hospice for the way they treated Rachel as an employee but also how they honored her after her accident. So this is why a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Danbury regional hospice. T o read more about Rachel's story visit www.Rcachelsangel.com/RachelsStory
